Electrical access is based on availability, to guarantee access, please indicate your electrical requirement WITH your registration and get the information to me as soon as possible.  First Come First Served. Extension cords will NOT be provided.

  • The Amelia Island Wedding Expo, sponsored by Lisa Presnell Productions, will take place on Sunday, February 25, 2018 at the Fernandina Beach Golf Club, 2800 Bill Melton Rd., Fernandina Beach, Florida 32034 from 1:00-4:00 pm.

  • The Amelia Island Wedding Expo will benefit the Northeast Florida Advocates for Autism & Related Disabilities Inc. , Advocating for special needs children, education and community awareness!!! Any donations, door prizes etc. that you wish to contribute.
  • All Businesses must be able provide authenticity of business i.e. proof of llc, etc. if applicable.
  • We ask the ALL Participants promote the Amelia Island Wedding Expo on social media and their business websites in addition to displaying posters and flyers to increase exposure.
  • A door prize with a retail minimum value of $25.00 is required AT YOUR BOOTH OR You my donate $25 directly to Northeast Florida Advocates for Autism & Related Disabilities Inc. Door prize must not be discount and must be non-conditional in nature. Prizes will remain in your possession and will YOU will initiate the drawing at your booth.
  • NO PIPE AND DRAPE IS PROVIDED
  • Vendor setup can begin at 8:00am and must be completed by 12:00pm
  • Vendor Loading and Unloading is available at the Front and Side Entrance.  Please remove vehicles immediately following unloading and move to the far end of the parking lot.  
  • There will be no restrictions for colors and/or themes for each booth, however you will be responsible for all setup and breakdown including extension cords and all a/v needs and display items. 
  • Lighted candles, Sparklers, Glitter and/or confetti use is prohibited at all the Club facilities. Please note: Any excessive clean-up will accrue extra charges. 
  • Centerpieces, all props, their set up and breakdown are the responsibility of the client. All decorations must meet with the approval of the fire department codes. Prior permission required for all wall or ceiling hanging props. Banners may be hung using only command strips. Important: Any Club property breakage replacement fees are the responsibility of the client. 
  • CLEAN UP: The vendor shall be responsible for returning the reserved space in the same condition it was in when delivered to the vendor.
  • Please do not break down booths until instructed by host, Lisa Presnell. 
  • Each Vendor will receive an attendee listing within two weeks of the expo.
